*That's not exactly the way you've heard that phrase said, now is it? No, this is how it goes.            There are over 40 different types of cosmetic surgeries that you can pick from. From head to toe, you can have some part of your body enlarged, reduced, smoothed or taken off completely. And for more than 40 years Barbie dolls have been set before our girls and girls have dreamed of one day looking like Barbie. I read of a 48 years old woman that aspired to look like a Barbie doll although she none of the features of Barbie. So she started getting all kinds of surguries to accomplish her goal. FEAR

         What is it that 'scares you to death"? What sends shivers up your spine, raises the hair on your arm, makes you want to run, lock your doors, jump on a chair, hide under the covers, sit on the closet floor? Do you freak out with the thought of seeing a mouse, public speaking, spiders, falling down, climbing up or just sitting still? Do you fear failure, or success, needles, water, flying, fire or dying? What about dentists, trains or crossing bridges, fear of church (yes, there is a phobia name for that) or standing on ledges.
